What you will do

• Play and test games to identify linguistic and cultural bugs.
• Write detailed bug reports using industry-standard databases.
• Own, manage, and execute test cases throughout the project life cycle.
• Collaborate with developers to gather test requirements and ensure features are properly supported.
• Verify that identified bugs have been correctly fixed and implemented.
• Coordinate with the QA team to maintain high professional standards of LQA.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Taiwanese (Traditional Chinese)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient with computers, including MS Office and database handling.
• Ability to work full-time (Monday-Friday) on a day shift starting at 9:00 am.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
• Experience with test case management and text editing tools.
• Working knowledge of CAT tools, specifically MemoQ.
• Knowledge of video game industry trends.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in linguistics.
