What you will do

• Build and maintain end‑to‑end revenue dashboards covering the full lifecycle from Lead to Renewal.
• Perform root‑cause analyses to identify friction points in funnel conversions and pipeline health.
• Develop and refine multi‑touch attribution models and measure marketing channel performance using ROAS, LTV:CAC.
• Analyze sales activity, content usage, and training adoption to provide data‑driven recommendations for coaching.
• Partner with CRM Admins and Data Engineering to monitor and improve data quality and governance across GTM systems.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS analytics (RevOps, Sales, or Marketing analytics).
• Advanced SQL proficiency and solid experience with Python or R.
• Strong expertise in Excel and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with CRM analytics (Salesforce or similar) and Marketing Automation tools.
• Must be based in or able to work remotely from within the EU.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
