What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface for the outsourced platform vendor, managing SLAs, KPIs, and contractual frameworks.
• Translate organizational strategy into an executable roadmap, prioritizing product backlogs and technical enhancements.
• Oversee the technical integration of the platform into the existing architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
• Manage platform operational health, including incident management, service continuity, and performance monitoring.
• Own the platform budget, conducting cost optimization reviews and building business cases for future investments.
• Lead and develop the platform team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform management, product ownership, or technology delivery in complex environments.
• Demonstrable track record of managing outsourced technology vendors and contract governance.
• Strong understanding of platform integration concepts, APIs, data architecture, and enterprise landscapes.
• Solid commercial skills including budget management, cost modeling, and business case development.
• Experience with ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively from technical teams to C-suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Confluence).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern integration patterns.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2.
