What you will do

• Design and deploy automated workflows using n8n and low-code tools across HR, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Build agentic AI solutions incorporating LLMs, decision logic, and intelligent routing.
• Integrate internal tooling (Jira, Slack, SAP, Coupa) via RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Develop custom scripts in Python or JavaScript for complex logic and data manipulation.
• Lead AI enablement through discovery sessions, workshops, and hackathons for non-technical staff.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and maintain a library of prompts and AI playbooks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar low-code integration platforms (Make, Zapier).
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and JSON for SaaS application integration.
• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to write and debug scripts in Python or JavaScript.
• Track record of running technical workshops or training sessions for non-technical audiences.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Background in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Coupa, and Atlassian.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for media (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs).
