What you will do

• Own the reporting infrastructure for Credit Cards, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Standardize reporting suites to enable confident self-service analytics across the business.
• Architect complex data models using LookML or equivalent tools.
• Audit existing dashboards to identify discrepancies and improve data consumption efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data insights that drive revenue and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing is required.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience working with unstructured, complex data.
• Advanced experience in LookML development or equivalent (Power BI/Tableau).
• Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner closely with non-technical stakeholders.
