What you will do

• Design and implement a robust analytics framework for mobile and web applications covering the full business cycle.
• Take ownership of the Data Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and real-time data processing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems for marketing, financial, and product performance.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership to drive product development and marketing strategies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Monetization, Product, and Finance teams.
• Assemble and lead the analytics team, setting clear objectives and KPIs aligned with company vision.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in an analytics leadership role within the mobile and web app industry.
• Strong expertise in analytics tools like Tableau, SuperSet, and Google Analytics.
• Proven experience in managing large datasets and developing Data Platforms.
• Practical experience in creating and managing data models for mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and statistical analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
