Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or be able to commute to Birmingham, UK; 2 days per week at the Head Office)

What you will do

• Review CMS content against client briefs, templates, and quality checklists before publication.
• Validate structure, copy accuracy, links, tagging, and basic accessibility requirements.
• Identify, log, and track content defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and stakeholders to maintain high publishing standards.
• Support end-to-end testing across key content and integration touchpoints.
• Analyze recurring quality trends to contribute to improvements in templates and training guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience reviewing digital or CMS content against quality standards and checklists.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis (2 days per week at the Birmingham Head Office).
• Strong understanding of content quality assurance principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of basic accessibility, localisation, and responsive web content considerations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
