What you will do

• Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from engineering to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans and quality control programs.
• Plan and participate in customer inspections, supplier audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Provide technical QA/QC expertise to project teams and support supplier performance management.
• Apply problem-solving methodologies such as RCA, 8D, and PDCA to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, international codes, and NDT standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (BEng, MSc, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Management, QA, or QC within complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of international standards including ISO, EN, ASME, and PED.
• Fluency in English required.
• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Working knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques.

Nice to have

• Level II certification in NDT techniques.
• Additional language skills.
