TL;DR

Senior EMEA Payroll Specialist (HR Operations): Managing and coordinating payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries with an accent on compliance, taxation, and data accuracy. Focus on optimizing payroll workflows via ADP/Workday and driving process automation to ensure seamless delivery between HR and Finance.

Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland) — 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate payroll processing with ADP for EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payroll updates including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and contract changes.
  • Validate payroll data from HR systems, performing monthly checks, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analytical reviews for management, audits, and internal controls.
  • Analyze payroll trends and headcount movements to support operational and management reviews.
  • Contribute to global payroll projects focused on automation and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll experience specifically for EMEA countries.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
  • Local Professional payroll qualification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, and reconciliations).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ADP payroll software.
  • Experience with Workday.
