Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the Krakow office)

What you will do
- Serve as the senior People Operations partner for the Kraków technology hub, acting as a trusted advisor to local leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with the Polish Labour Code and ZUS requirements, auditing policies to maintain readiness for inspections.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and benefits enrollment.
- Partner with global Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal) to localize HR policies and compensation frameworks.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
- Utilize Workday and Visier to leverage HR analytics for insights on headcount, turnover, and organizational health.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HRBP or People Operations leadership role.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Polish employment law and HR compliance.
- Full professional fluency in both Polish and English.
- Experience supporting high-growth global technology, engineering, or e-commerce organizations.
- Practical experience using Workday for HR workflows and reporting.
- Must be based in Poland and able to work from the Krakow office as part of a hybrid arrangement.
