What you will do

• Identify and analyze technical issues in vehicle programs during testing to find root causes.
• Perform SW Verification at Lindholmen and coordinate closely with the China-based team.
• Implement sustainable technical solutions to prevent the recurrence of identified issues.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to establish permanent fixes.
• Report test progress to project leadership and escalate verification risks to management.
• Contribute to the implementation of verification plans and overall process efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a similar field.
• Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) speaking and writing.
• 4 years of experience in automotive embedded systems development.
• Proven experience in automotive test verification or system development.
• Valid driving license for Sweden.
• Must be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Vector tools such as CANoe or CANalyzer.
• Strong cultural awareness of both Chinese and European business cultures.
• Passion for automotive technology and driving experience.
