Senior SW Developer (Embedded Linux)

What you will do

• Develop the next-generation programming interface for customers using a cross-platform solution based on current .NET technologies.
• Build software for a handheld device in collaboration with an R&D team.
• Develop and optimize software for resource-constrained platforms.
• Apply asynchronous programming and perform memory and performance profiling.
• Work toward agreed targets using a Lean-Agile approach in globally oriented R&D projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level software development experience, with proven embedded Linux experience essential.
• Experience with embedded Linux and Yocto or Buildroot.
• Experience developing software with C#, .NET, WPF, and XAML.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, memory profiling, and performance profiling.
• Experience developing software for resource-constrained platforms.
• Available for an onsite assignment in Västerås, Sweden; remote work is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Windows system programming and configuration.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript.
• Domain knowledge in robotics.
