What you will do

• Maintain and update employee data in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.
• Perform group data updates, exports, imports, and data clean-ups to resolve discrepancies.
• Create and manage key HR data sets, reports, and metrics with a focus on quality assurance.
• Conduct quality audits of employee data and implement necessary corrections.
• Use analytical tools to develop enterprise-wide people data and cross-functional reports.
• Handle confidential correspondence and respond to inquiries via phone or email.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and public holidays (24/5 support).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (as specified in the work authorization section).
