What you will do

• Analyze customer and mission requirements to develop structured specifications and functional architectures.
• Manage requirements down to subsystem and equipment level using DOORS.
• Coordinate technical activities across internal stakeholders and external partners including ESA.
• Support system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and define verification strategies.
• Evaluate test results and manage the implementation of design changes.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals for future exploration missions.

Requirements

• Degree (Master or Diploma) in aerospace engineering or a comparable field.
• Solid foundation in systems engineering, requirements analysis, and architecture definition.
• English proficiency required; German language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in interface management and structured project environments.
• Ability to work effectively in international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Practical experience in exploration, space safety, or space transportation is a strong asset.
