What you will do

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts according to precise work instructions.
• Perform functional and visual quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Support component testing and maintain detailed documentation for traceability and serial tracking.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Identify process improvements to increase overall team efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical apprenticeship or an equivalent hands-on technical background.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and utilize relevant tools.
• Strong reliability, teamwork capabilities, and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
