What you will do

• Develop and execute ANZ portfolio strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market share.
• Manage end-to-end product launches, including pricing, demand planning, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with clinicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to accelerate product adoption and advocacy.
• Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and training resources for field teams.
• Act as the regional voice of the customer to influence global product development and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives and utilize data analytics to optimize performance against sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing, tenders, or business case development.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies.
• Experience navigating complex healthcare environments and working in matrix organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sydney, Australia.
