What you will do

• Lead system-level software development, coordinating with hardware teams, manufacturing, and product owners.
• Design and implement embedded designs in firmware (Verilog) and software (Rust, C) for secure communication devices.
• Analyze and debug embedded systems to ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement test cases for test automation for developed embedded devices.
• Drive technical innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Ensure project delivery timelines and quality standards are met using agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Rust, C (Linux kernel/boot loaders/FreeRTOS), and FPGA (Verilog).
• Proficiency with Linux-based systems and Yocto.
• Proven expertise in embedded SW architectures, design patterns, and cryptography.
• Solid understanding of IP-based communications and agile development principles.

• Experience with test automation using Robot Framework.
