What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of a team of Application Engineers.
• Support successful customer outcomes for emulation engagements and act as a technical escalation point.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of emulation and prototyping solutions.
• Guide debugging, acceleration flows, and development methodologies for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and global teams to align technical initiatives with account objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities across various customers and projects.

Requirements

• Must be an EU national or eligible to stay and work in Poland.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in SoC design and/or verification.
• Hands-on experience with emulation or FPGA prototyping.
• Strong debug skills using RTL (SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL).
• Understanding of verification methodologies such as UVM.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles and collaborating with distributed teams.
