TL;DR

Network and Voice Engineer (Cisco): Deploying and maintaining Cisco Collaboration applications and data networks with an accent on Tier 3 support and functional voice systems analysis. Focus on designing, integrating, and implementing complex voice solutions in VOIP and analog environments.

Location: Hybrid: Springfield, Virginia (3 days per week onsite). Candidate must be willing to transition to full onsite if required.

What you will do

• Deploy, maintain, and provide Tier 3 support for Cisco Collaboration applications and data networks using CUCM.
• Perform high-level functional voice systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation for complex problems.
• Ensure all security requirements are met when deploying voice solutions in the field.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on Cisco UC telecommunications equipment.
• Design and prepare technical reports, databases, and studies to record results.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance (no exceptions).
• Bachelor of Science or 5 years of experience working with Cisco Collaboration Tools in an enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) and BE6K-7K series servers.
• 2+ years of experience managing and deploying voice solutions in VOIP and analog environments.
• 3+ years of operations experience and proficiency with Cisco Call Manager versions 10 and above.
• Ability to travel worldwide approximately 10% of the year.

Nice to have

• Experience in CCT Routing & Switching.
• CCNA Collaboration certification.
