What you will do

• Plan, procure, design, develop, configure, and commission federal networks and associated systems for network monitoring and incident management.
• Analyze, evaluate, and monitor network infrastructure to keep networks operating at optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network problems, selecting the most appropriate resolution approach to improve performance.
• Monitor overall system performance and recommend updates, upgrades, enhancements, preventive maintenance, and new systems.
• Plan and communicate steps to deliver defined outcomes and evaluate/document business cases for initiatives.
• Summarize technical information for senior management without losing the essence.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or above.
• Experience working as a network engineer in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to plan, design, configure, and commission federal networks and related systems.
• Strong skills in network monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization.
• Expert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for network issues.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
