What you will do

  • Own and manage strategy and performance for paid media, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate channels.
  • Lead a small internal team and manage external agency and vendor partners against measurable KPIs.
  • Perform a comprehensive channel audit to identify gaps and produce a priority-ranked action plan.
  • Develop a phased CPA improvement roadmap based on performance data and testing hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team on creative briefs and drive CRO improvements on key landing pages.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports and represent the growth function in senior stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Japanese: Native speaker level required.
  • English: Business-level fluency required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital growth channels (Meta and Google Ads are mandatory).
  • Proven experience in consumer brands, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or high-volume B2C environments.
  • Experience managing external agencies and mentoring team members.
  • Must be based in Tokyo or willing to relocate to Japan.
