What you will do

• Manage multidisciplinary teams to optimize injection molding sequences, model changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production plans and track SQDCM KPIs to ensure output targets are met.
• Validate and adjust injection molding parameters to maintain process stability and product quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams to ensure equipment and molds are in optimal condition.
• Handle production incidents and escalations using the Andon system for timely resolution.
• Execute regular audits (5S, IATF 16949, ISO, VDA) and drive implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in injection molding and mold design within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience leading production teams.
• Knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, and SMED.
• Expertise in automotive standards such as IATF 16949, ISO, Q1MCA, VDA 6.3, CQI-29, and BIQS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
