What you will do

• Architect and manage highly available Kubernetes platforms as a service for internal teams.
• Develop internal-facing infrastructure tools and automation primarily using Go.
• Design and implement shared event-driven architecture components using Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Build and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Optimize foundational infrastructure patterns across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Establish centralized observability and monitoring platforms for self-service insights.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Infrastructure Development, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Go and Python.
• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven experience designing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset for internal development teams.
