What you will do

• Process payment proposals according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate funding with Treasury.
• Prepare complete payment support documentation for approval and distribute remittance advice.
• Investigate and resolve payment processing issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain the payment calendar in coordination with local Treasury and Finance teams to meet deadlines.
• Deliver management reports and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and lead Accounts Payable operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience handling high-volume payment processing within a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP and other ERP Accounts Payable systems.
• Experience performing account reconciliations, payment settlements, and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Exposure to Accounts Payable automation tools and system-based process improvement initiatives.
