What you will do

• Manage incident and problem triaging as Level 1 support for multiple teams.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify software bugs, misconfigurations, and bottlenecks.
• Increase production system availability through capacity planning and technical health assessments.
• Architect and manage automation bots to streamline infrastructure and application tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, YAML, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with cloud solutions, specifically Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write automation scripts using Terraform, Bash, and Python.
• Familiarity with Microservices, Event-driven architectures, and REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within an Agile Way of Working.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
