Location: Hybrid (Manila), requiring 2 days of office presence per week

What you will do

• Manage L3 support cases, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for the Client Reporting Platform.
• Perform regular infrastructure maintenance, including Windows Server patching, application upgrades, and SQL Server restores.
• Develop and update everything-as-code artifacts using PowerShell and Azure DevOps to automate operational processes.
• Support security and compliance through vulnerability monitoring, penetration testing, and disaster recovery drills.
• Deploy scheduled changes using continuous delivery tooling within a formal Change Management framework.
• Collaborate on onboarding new customers by deploying infrastructure services and solving technical blockers.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS resources (VMs, VNET, Load Balancers, Key Vaults).
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Windows Administration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory (DNS, DFS, GPO), and IIS.
• Solid understanding of core networking (IP routing, VPNs, OSI model, and firewalls).
• Familiarity with SRE frameworks and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Must be based in Manila for a hybrid work arrangement

Nice to have

• Experience with DataDog monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• SQL Server administration or SQL query experience.
• ITIL v4 certification.
