Marketing Manager, PSA Europe

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; work from the European Headquarters. The role requires up to 25% travel and authorization to work in the European Union.

Salary: €73,792.11–€97,590.07 gross annual salary, with potential bonus or other variable compensation.

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, storage, and sales services for trading cards, autographs, comics, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and plans for PSA in Europe.
• Manage social, digital, paid, email, website, app, event, partnership, and promotional channels.
• Create social content, manage communities, maintain the marketing calendar, and coordinate campaigns.
• Measure and report marketing performance, extracting insights to drive market growth.
• Localize global marketing initiatives for European and country-specific audiences in collaboration with US and European teams.
• Build relationships with community partners, hobby shops, event organizers, and related brands while supporting CRM and CMS optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles.
• Experience managing Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and live-streaming platforms.
• Hands-on experience creating social content, including copy, graphics, scheduling, and community management.
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage marketing strategy and end-to-end execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles space.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
