What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and hire a team of product analysts and engineers delivering high-quality GTM technology solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, managing scope, budget, and timelines as a Delivery Manager for key initiatives.
  • Champion Agile practices, maintaining backlog health and leading sprint planning with Product Managers.
  • Partner with internal business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs and mitigate risks.
  • Apply domain expertise in Customer Support and GTM to guide delivery priorities and technical decisions.
  • Enhance operational processes and tooling to drive organization-wide efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams of software engineers and analysts.
  • Deep domain experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Communities.
  • Strong background in IT application development across SaaS/PaaS platforms (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, Xactly, Boomi).
  • Proven ability to coach technical talent toward career and organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of business value streams such as Campaign to Opportunity and Order to Cash.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
