About the Role

You will lead all-source investigators who run the intelligence flywheel every day. You will drive throughput, ensure high quality work products, and partner with engineering on tooling, with legal on process, and with partners on perishable leads. You will also hire and onboard new investigators and coach the team to grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management with 10 to 15+ direct reports.
• Operational and investigative experience in all-source intelligence work that drives real world outcomes.
• Familiarity with pig butchering operations, romance fraud networks, scam infrastructure, or investment-scam operations is strongly preferred.
• Legal-process fluency with working-level familiarity with subpoenas, warrants, preservation requests, and other formal investigative processes; lawyer not required.
• AI fluency is required; you use AI tools in your management workflow and can articulate where AI accelerates your team's output and where it doesn't.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder presence; comfortable briefing federal partners, leadership, and customer stakeholders on case outcomes and team throughput.
• Crypto experience is a plus not a requirement.
• US Citizenship required, ability to obtain public trust may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flywheel throughput by managing the operational cadence of legal process onchain and offchain fusion targeting at high volume.
• Own workproduct quality by serving as the credible QC layer for every target package attribution writeup and legalprocess return.
• Translate impact outward by partnering with engineering on tooling on process and partners on perishable leads.
• Run the team through 1:1s careerpathing performance pulses and growth feedback.
• Hire and develop by sourcing with the recruiter, running thoughtful interview loops, and owning endtoend onboarding.
• Serve as a servant leader by default and participate in the trenches when needed.
