What you will do

• Lead a dedicated AI squad of engineers, developers, and designers to build and evolve the AI Autopilot module.
• Drive the product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, AI trends, and competitive analysis.
• Define and prioritize AI product requirements from user feedback, market insights, and internal experts.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, optimization, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with CTO, engineering, design, customer success, and other teams for AI deployment and enhancement.
• Champion ethical AI use, privacy, and governance in automation workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager for technical SaaS products, including 2+ years with AI-integrated features.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and ITSM automation.
• Deep technical expertise in software development, especially AI and automation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to high-impact product launches.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on with Agile methodologies and product tools; Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related (preferred).
