What you will do

• Lead and manage a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze market trends, user needs, and competition to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product requirements using user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring success and adoption.
• Work closely with engineering, design, product analysts, customer success, marketing, and research teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager in technical SaaS products.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes; prior R&D engineer experience.
• Familiarity with AI-driven products, automation, or interest in AI enhancement.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering software products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate concepts into requirements.
• Knowledge of IT service management – advantage.
• Excellent communication, Agile experience; CS/Engineering degree preferred.
