What you will do

• Own internal web tools for AEs and CSMs, including AI-assisted deal prep and guided workflows.
• Develop product surfaces and signals to identify churn risk and drive expansion conversations.
• Integrate CRM, conversation intelligence, and product usage data into coherent internal workflows.
• Implement LLM-powered features such as summaries, call prep, and automated follow-ups with clear quality metrics.
• Partner strategically with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to identify and solve systemic operational problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful web products.
• Proven experience building internal tools or platforms with high UX expectations.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs in product, specifically regarding prompt behavior and output quality.
• Ability to frame and solve high-level technical problems at the system level.
• Strong analytical skills for both qualitative discovery and quantitative data validation.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on APIs and event-driven architectures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, or similar).
• Experience with retention or CS-focused products, such as churn signals and health scores.
