What you will do

• Proofread promotional material content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to brand style across print and digital channels.
• Review reference lists for compliance with the AMA Manual of Style.
• Perform word-to-word comparisons against previous versions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify implementation of changes through various review stages, including Post-MLR and final samples.
• Ensure all hyperlinks, buttons, and interactive elements (swipe, tap) function correctly on devices.
• Verify compliance with digital standards regarding the visibility of ISI and legal disclaimers.

Requirements

• Graduation in life sciences or pharma.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in editing or proofreading.
• Must be based in the United States.
