What you will do

• Screen metadata and route materials to appropriate reviewers.
• Proofread promotional content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, language consistency, and brand-style compliance across print and digital formats.
• Review reference lists for compliance with the AMA Manual of Style.
• Compare current and previous versions word by word and verify changes across post-MLR, print proof, final sample, and functional review stages.
• Check hyperlinks, buttons, disclaimers, and other digital elements for proper functionality.
• Test interactions such as swipe and tap on devices.

Requirements

• Graduation in life sciences or pharmaceutical studies.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience proofreading promotional and digital healthcare content.
• Ability to apply the AMA Manual of Style and brand-language standards.
