What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI implementation plans and adoption roadmaps.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and value realization efforts.
• Prototype and validate use cases using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, agents, and dashboards.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive-level reporting to measure program success.
• Coordinate execution between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or operations improvement.
• Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing, governing, and scaling AI solutions in a corporate setting.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.
• Must be based in the Greater Boston area.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
