What you will do

• Plan and project-manage end-to-end campaign rollouts from initial concept to launch.
• Conceive and produce high-impact campaign videos and creative concepts for LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and Google.
• Execute unconventional brand activations, including billboards, stunts, and guerrilla marketing.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate technical product launches into compelling creative narratives.
• Analyze creative and campaign performance to iterate on what resonates with the target audience.
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or campaign management.
• Proven track record of producing standout creative content across video, social, and OOH channels.
• Ability to pitch and execute bold, unconventional ideas through the production process.
• Data-driven mindset to back creative bets with performance insights.
