What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of cross-R&D platform capabilities as a founding member of the department.
• Create and maintain internal developer tooling and infrastructure.
• Integrate company-wide AI tools for both internal and external use.
• Consult on feature development and conduct reviews of architectural designs.
• Drive R&D-wide architectural improvements to ensure impactful influence across the development organization.
• Collaborate closely with technical peers in DevOps and QA to drive system improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend development, specializing in microservices and cloud infrastructure (preferably SaaS).
• Experience with streaming and batch data pipelines, specifically Kafka, SQS, and Spark.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple development teams.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team player qualities.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and NestJS.
