Location: Hybrid (Israel), 3 days per week in office required

What you will do

• Lead the application infrastructure team and define the architecture for the entire AWS cloud environment.
• Head the Architect Guild and drive the department's AI enablement and transformation efforts.
• Serve as a technical consultant for cross-group initiatives and ensure engineering excellence.
• Solve complex, multidisciplinary technical issues through hands-on involvement.
• Collaborate with R&D leads to implement robust infrastructure, including K8s and Serverless deployments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience in technical leadership or management as an architect or tech lead
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud environments
• Proven experience building and scaling production-grade SaaS products
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical design
• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related domains
