What you will do

• Develop low-code/no-code solutions using Power Platform tools within the Army 365 tenant.
• Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards and advanced data visualizations.
• Build and optimize data models and integrate data from Vantage Analytics and Vantage Insights.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and manage the requirements gathering process.
• Document technical solutions and create comprehensive reference materials for users.
• Engage with customer organizations to develop relationships and understand business needs.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• 1-5 years of experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including intermediate DAX knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (required upon hire or within 90 days).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.
• Proficiency in data visualization design and data model development.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an Agile Scrum team.
• Knowledge of Power Platform environments and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in Model-Driven app development and Dataverse.
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces.
• Experience developing user training materials.
