TL;DR

Principals, Software Development (Software): Designing and constructing complex engineering solutions for a global IT ecosystem with an accent on end-to-end ownership and Agile methodologies. Location: Irvine, CA (Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy)

Salary: $184,558 – $226,800/yr

What you will do

  • Construct complex engineering solutions using software development methodologies.
  • Assume end-to-end ownership of solutions within an Agile SCRUM team.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define new features and user stories.
  • Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural patterns and coding standards.
  • Mentor and train other Software Engineers and lead challenging engineering projects.
  • Create and maintain detailed specifications, implementation guides, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in software development or a related occupation.
  • Must be based in the USA to access US-specific benefits and comply with location requirements.
  • Experience engaging in Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
