What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Influence and evolve the organization’s technology strategy and architecture.

• Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers across multiple teams.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies to modernize and optimize the tech stack.
• Drive root-cause analysis and lead rapid resolution of production issues and incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core, WCF, and SQL.
• Strong experience designing and implementing relational database solutions and scalable queries.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a senior technical leader within engineering teams.
• Experience architecting and developing enterprise-grade web applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
