What you will do

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for the Small Business Health product portfolio.
• Drive core growth metrics including engagement, retention, and product attach rates.
• Develop a standalone "front-door" acquisition experience to attract net-new customers outside the existing ecosystem.
• Conduct deep user research and leverage quantitative data to refine target customer segments.
• Accelerate development through AI-driven analysis and rapid prototyping.
• Align cross-functional leadership across QuickBooks, Capital, and platform teams to scale a new product category.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience focusing on consumer-facing or SMB products.
• Proven track record of building high-engagement products with strong retention and re-engagement loops.
• Experience owning product vision at a business-unit level and securing executive buy-in.
• Strong accountability for business outcomes and revenue conversion downstream.
• Exceptional executive communication skills for C-suite and engineering audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.
