Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science with a track record of scaling functions in high-growth or startup environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying production ML models for pricing, demand forecasting, and availability optimization.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for big data and Python or R for large-scale analysis.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for hybrid work (Mon, Wed, Fri in-office).
