Salary: $116,000–$130,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Organize team structure and communications workflows, improving internal processes across Corporate Communications.
• Coordinate between internal partners and cross-functional teams.
• Triage and support incoming press requests.
• Maintain and organize talking points documents, messaging resources, and internal materials.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and stakeholder reviews across communications projects.
• Coordinate external agency support and track media opportunities and coverage priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications (in-house or agency).
• Strong organizational and operational instincts to manage complex workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-moving situations with good judgment.
• Ability to move quickly, be resourceful, and deliver high-quality work.
• Familiarity with Discord and/or gaming culture is a plus.
