What you will do

• Establish the product function from the ground up, defining the operating model, hiring bar, and team culture.
• Directly manage and develop Individual Contributor (IC) Product Managers across multiple product lines.
• Represent the product function at the executive level in discussions regarding roadmap, resourcing, and strategic direction.
• Own and coordinate the cross-product roadmap to ensure coherent priorities and direction.
• Drive alignment between engineering, business development, and product teams to translate technical context into strategy.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process for all product management roles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years managing PMs or leading a product function.
• Crypto-native or deep technical product experience in developer platforms, financial infrastructure, or security-critical systems.
• Proven experience operating at the executive level and leading strategic conversations.
• Track record of hiring and developing high-performing product talent.
• Builder mentality with a history of shipping products and maintaining technical credibility with engineers.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and communicate with precision in ambiguous situations.
