What you will do
- Investigate and resolve client support tickets via phone and email.
- Research and implement technical solutions to meet evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve project success and share product knowledge.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Develop deep technical expertise in the Cobalt AMS platform.
- Create user-friendly documentation and deliver training sessions.
Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a technical or training field.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
