What you will do

• Investigate and resolve client support tickets via phone and email.
• Research and implement technical solutions to meet evolving client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve project success and share product knowledge.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Develop deep technical expertise in the Cobalt AMS platform.
• Create user-friendly documentation and deliver training sessions.

Requirements

• Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a technical or training field.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
