What you will do

• Manage incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign open requests to technicians to ensure contractual terms are met.
• Monitor the progress of outstanding work and maintain regular communication with field technicians.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and installation activities across various lines of business.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to multitask.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (primarily supporting US time zone: 13:00 - 07:00 CET).
