What you will do

• Support legal and telecom stakeholders by translating business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead sourcing events including renewals, RFPs, and direct negotiations to drive cost savings.
• Manage source-to-contract activities for assigned indirect categories.
• Partner with Legal to review and negotiate contractual terms, conditions, and risks.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and contract records in internal systems.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical purchasing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• Minimum 3 years of progressive commodity or supply chain management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct source-to-contract experience.
• Strong understanding of IT and software procurement concepts including SaaS, cloud architecture, and IT labor SOWs.
• Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Legal departments.

Nice to have

• 5 years of direct source-to-contract experience facilitating bilateral master agreements.
• 5 years of experience managing IT and software sourcing.
• In-depth experience with hardware sales and service agreements.
