What you will do
- Review incoming service requests and determine necessary actions.
- Assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skill sets, schedules, and urgency.
- Coordinate technician availability and manage logistics for parts sourcing.
- Track service arrival times and ensure system documentation is accurate.
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams via phone, email, and chat.
- Support escalation management and resolve complex service requests.
Requirements
- English proficiency required for daily communication with U.S. teams.
- Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Belgrade, Serbia for hybrid work.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
