What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across modern trade accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers to expand business and improve category performance.
  • Lead category management initiatives, analyzing shopper behavior and optimizing assortment and shelf space.
  • Develop shopper-centric growth strategies to identify friction points and enhance conversion.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate sell-out initiatives and promotional programs to accelerate demand.
  • Manage in-store execution through promoter teams to ensure product visibility and planogram compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer marketing.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and market dynamics.
