What you will do

• Define enterprise data and knowledge governance strategies based on DCAM and DAMA frameworks.
• Establish authoritative standards for metadata, lineage, stewardship, and data lifecycle management.
• Lead regulatory readiness and risk assessments for CCPA, GLBA, ERISA, SEC, and FINRA.
• Advise executive leadership on the governance implications and risk controls of AI and GenAI.
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Legal leaders to protect and enable information assets.
• Mentor senior leaders and contributors to build enterprise governance capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data governance, information architecture, or data modeling.
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance programs in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not provided, including CPT/OPT).
• Deep expertise in metadata, lineage, data quality, and stewardship.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CCPA, GLBA, ERISA, SEC, and FINRA.
• Experience with governance platforms such as Collibra and Snowflake.
